"Plus One" option - US$650:
 If you wish to bring your spouse or partner along to accompany you, you can do so for an additional fee of US$650. Please note that this Plus-One Guest will not take part in the training sessions or any other business part of the event. Instead, a relaxation program will be offered to them to keep them entertained and to enjoy their time in this beautiful location.

How can I register for the Tulum Leadership Retreat?

Registration is simple! Press the CREATE MY EXPERIENCE button above on the page, and you will be directed to the registration form to fill out. Within 24 hours you will receive a payment link according with the payment method you indicated in the form. Please make sure to carefully read or Cancellation and Refund Policy before making payment.

What does the package fee include?

The package fee covers access to all event sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Accommodation, if selected, will be based on the package you choose. Package coverages vary, so that you could choose the one which best suits you.

Is the Hogan Leadership Assessment mandatory?

While participation in the Hogan Leadership Assessment is highly encouraged for a comprehensive experience, it is not mandatory. However, we believe it adds significant value to your leadership journey.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, you can! If your partner or spouse wishes to join as a "plus one," accommodations can be arranged accordingly. Please specify this during the registration process. Please note that the number of "plus one" options is limited, and this option is available for Adventurer and Explorer packages.

Are refunds available if I need to cancel?

Is transportation provided from the airport?

Transportation is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for assistance with transportation arrangements.

Can I switch between accommodation options after registration?

Can I attend specific sessions if I'm not staying on-site?

Yes, participants with off-site accommodations are welcome to attend all scheduled sessions on the villa. Please notify us in advance for a seamless experience. Also note that this option is limited due to the maximum number of participants allowed.
