ONLINE PRO RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT

GENERAL

Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand the cancellation policy. After you have made payment, it is understood that you have agreed to the below cancellation policy and its terms and rules.

Please note that because Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help guests and us alike work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

No one makes a booking with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected things sometimes do happen, so please consider purchasing travel insurance, and that it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policies. Exceptions are not made for any reason, including weather, injury or illness, or any personal emergencies. No refunds are available for failure to attend the event or failure to complete the event, or for arriving late to or leaving early from the event.
 
We also encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you or your partner have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.

 We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Online Pro, LLC for Retreats will be refunded in full. Notification of cancellation for this reason will occur at least 15 days prior to a retreat start date. Online Pro, LLC cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND RULES

Should you decide to cancel your retreat for any reason of whatever nature, the following refund terms and rules will apply:

Important: Please note that if purchase is made within the last 48 hours before the event starts, the 48-hour refund rule is not applicable. No refund will be made in this case should you decide to cancel. 

Important: Any refund will incur a transaction processing fee, which will depend on the original payment method used. 

Important notice regarding Hogan Leadership Assessment: If you purchased the Adventurer Package which already includes Hogan Leadership Assessment, or if you added Hogan Leadership Assessment as an extra to any of the available packages, the refund rules will apply to all parts of the purchased package except the Assessment. The same applies to the 48-hour refund rule. The amount of US$750 for the Assessment will be retained in any case if the Assessment was purchased, no exceptions. 

Important: If you or your partner for some reason choose not to attend a retreat, but are willing to assign another person in your place, you may freely do so by contacting us well before the start date giving all particulars of another attendee. In such a case, it is your full responsibility to settle the financial side of this move with someone you assign in your place. Please be advised though, that if the package you wish to transfer to another attendee does include Hogan Leadership Assessment, or this Hogan Leadership Assessment was added as an extra to that package you wish to transfer, the amount of US$750 for Hogan Leadership Assessment will nevertheless be charged to you, not to the other attendee, because Hogan Leadership Assessment is provided on a personalized basis and cannot be transferred. 

BY BOOKING YOUR RETREAT AND MAKING PAYMENT FOR IT, YOU THEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE ABOVE TERMS AND RULES AND FULLY AGREE TO THEM.

This Cancellation Policy is a part of your Retreat Package, please retain in together with your invoice for future reference.
