Our Cancellation and Refund Policy (short version):
- within 48 hours of payment – full refund
- 45 days or more before the event – 50% refund
- 21 days before the event – 20% refund
- no refund if cancelled less than 21 days before the event.
Please note that if purchase is made within the 48 hours before the event starts, the 48-hour refund rule
is not applicable. No refund will be made in this case.
Full version of our Cancellation and Refund Policy will be sent to you along with the invoice. Please make sure
you have carefully read it before making a payment.
